Bringing over 18years of experience in banking and microfinance, Samuel Gbor seeks to set an unmatched standard in the financial service industry, establishing Sprint Micro-credit to deliver fast, reliable loans to salaried workers.
He holds an Executive MBA from KNUST and is a certified Associate Retail Banker (Distinction) from the Retail Banking Academy, London. His leadership combines operational excellence with a passion for financial inclusion, aligning with Sprint’s mission to keep customers’ “Always Ahead”.
Human Resource Manager
Victoria Sacker brings over Six years of a well-rounded background in operations, administration, and employee relations. she plays a vital role in shaping the company’s people strategy and workplace culture.
She holds a Master of Arts in Governance and Leadership from GIMPA and is certified in Professional in Human Resources – International (PHRi), Professional Counselling, and Micro-Credit Accounting & Bookkeeping, equipping her with both the technical and interpersonal skills essential for effective HR leadership.
Her focus on staff development, organizational structure, and employee wellbeing reflects on Sprint’s mission to deliver fast, customer-first financial solutions.
Credit Manager
Jubilant King David is a seasoned banking and credit management professional with 14 years of experience. He holds a Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management Ghana (CICMG).
His expertise spans credit risk, loan recovery, microfinance, and financial compliance. He is also an ordained pastor at All Grace Chapel International, with a strong passion for leadership, mentoring, and community impact.
